关于<超脑48小时>活动
“超脑48小时”是先行品牌近年来员工成长计划的一部分,通过48小时的集中创意创作,帮助员工激发自身潜能,突破工作瓶颈,是先行品牌提升自身核心竞争力的长效机制。
在这个“看脸”的时代,产品颜值的重要不言而喻。尤其针对年轻消费群体,产品如果颜值低,营销推广活动便可能大打折扣,产品包装设计无趣,也一定程度上会打击消费者的购买欲望,这样的品牌是不符合时代发展的。
先行品牌为了应对时代变革,基于消费者洞察,尝试对产品包装进行颠覆性的创新设计,用颜值俘获消费者的第一印象,多维提升产品竞争力,帮助企业塑造独特的品牌形象。先行品牌曾多次自主举办类似超脑48小时的活动,通过封闭式的创作,在学习与创作过程中突破自我,颠覆创新,成就品牌。
本次活动是2019年第三次超脑48小时,这一次我们围绕着《传统产品创新》《未来市场定位》这一系列主题进行创作。本文根据活动时间进程,回顾活动内容。

学习过程
在开始活动创作之前,先行团队一起进行了一轮新的学习过程。在学习中每个人都更加深入的了解到项目的创作方向,通过一天的课程分享充分备战超脑48小时。

创作过程
创意不是一味的天马行空,设计也不是艺术品的塑造。商业设计的核心是帮助企业解决市场中的实际问题,需要的是一位优秀设计师的商业洞察力和视觉表现力,这就需要设计团队有良好的基本功,每一个成功的商业案例背后都要下“笨功夫”,而在这些“笨功夫”基础上再次不断的进行突破,正是超脑48小时在做的。

在有限的时间内,每组成员先是聚在一起进行着头脑风暴创意发散,设计师们思想交锋,分享经验,探索设计的本源,想要创作出被大众所接受的不一样的设计。

最后想说的话
通过< 超脑48小时>的方式,让每一位创作人员的思维想法与创作思路得到了提升,在寻找“设计形态的本源”的同时我们也在发现自我,完善自我。在改变设计思维的过程,我们又做出了一件件被大众所接受的“颠覆性”设计。从无意识的日常学习,到有意识的组织学习,先行品牌的主创人员都长期秉持空杯心态,“保持空杯,持续进步”是每一位先行人的工作信条。只有不断的把自己逼疯,才能交出让企业满意,消费者买单的好作品。
